Doug and Dru came to Mexico from southern California in 1996 with a goal to learn the customs, meet the people and learn the language. With this in mind, they opened Chico's Services to provide property management for foreign owners. They learned quickly that the language was of utmost importance as all their workers only spoke Spanish, so they learned quickly. Also learning that property management with the variety of things to fix, repair or replace turned into a 24 hour 7 day a week job, so much for retirement. They quickly built a reputation of hard working, dependable and reliable people which built a client base without the benefit of advertising. They have recently branched out by handling all the rentals for their clients which keeps them hopping with all the inquiries and greeting of guests which their very good friends Kip and Seal do for them. If you have been in the area before, you have probably run across one if not both of them as they do their daily rounds. They both have learned to love Mexico, their friendly people and different customs. We both would like to welcome you to paradise and enjoy the experience that we have learned to love.
