Villa #1 is the unit on the sand. It has a beautiful splash pool, larger than the other 3 units. Picture yourself lounging in the pool, overlooking the beautiful Bay of Banderas! It is tastefully appointed with a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure and a fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher and icemaker. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master and second bedroom both have a king beds. The third bedroom has two double beds and a trundle bed that makes into two twin beds. For your comfort, there is air conditioning for each room. The large terrace is accessible from the living area and two of the bedrooms. It is tastefully appointed with teak tables, chairs and lounges for relaxing and sunning.

Walk out your front door and you are steps from the palapa restaurant and bar with wireless Internet access that overlooks one of the beautiful pools. Just picture yourself lounging in the pool listening to the waves lapping at the sand. Also, for your pleasure, there are palapas on the beach with chairs for lounging. Your perfect vacation in paradise!
